Video and AI Analysis Data
Collection and Use
With your explicit written consent, we collect video recordings of your property via our mobile application. These videos are processed using AI models to extract property dimensions, room layouts, and inventory information to generate moving estimates.
Data Processing
Your videos may be processed by our AI systems and stored on secure servers. We use computer vision and machine learning algorithms to analyze video content. Original videos may be retained for quality assurance and improvement purposes.
Storage and Deletion
Videos are stored for a period determined by our data retention policy (see section 7). You may request deletion of your videos at any time by contacting privacy@aimoving.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Third-Party Access
Your video data will only be shared with moving partners and service providers who are necessary to fulfill your moving request. We do not share videos for training AI models without explicit additional consent.
Payment Information
We process payments through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store credit card details on our servers. Stripe processes and secures all payment information in accordance with industry standards.
